The Edison Gardens kids took over Strikes & Spares this afternoon! The April Event for Edison Gardens began with pizza, pop, and cookies at the Community Center. We then filled up a bus, and rode over to Strikes & Spares for a game of bowling. Everyone had a strike!!! (Smile) The kids quickly changed into a pair of bowling shoes, selected a bowling ball, and began bowling. Before we knew it, our hour was up, and it was time to head back to Edison Gardens!

We had 46 attendees, which included 28 guests, 18 volunteers (including 5 volunteer children), and two Edison Gardens parents! We were definitely bringing up there, down here this afternoon!!

Upon returning to the Community Center, we sent home leftover pizza; and celebrated 5 birthdays in April by passing out Toys R Us gift cards!
